Behavioral Activation for iPhone, iPad, and Android
The planner, reminders you choose, the page for when you notice you’re avoiding something, Patterns, Keeping it going, and short reads on how behavioral activation works, in one free app. No accounts and no ads, in English and Spanish.
Coming soon. It isn’t on the App Store or Google Play yet. In both stores it will be called Behavioral Activation: Planner, and on your home screen, Activation. Until then, the activity planner works here in your browser, and there are printables for paper.
What’s inside
- Plan. Put small activities on specific days, each with a smaller version for harder days.
- How it went. Afterward, rate how much you enjoyed it and how much you felt you accomplished.
- What matters to me. If you want to, write what matters to you in a few areas of life and choose activities that fit.
- Looking back at the week. Each week, see what got done, what got in the way, and what your activities were for.
Also inside: short reads in Learn, a page for when you notice you’re avoiding something, reminders you choose, a Keeping it going plan, and a report you can share with a therapist.
Reminders
Each plan shows, while you plan it, exactly when its reminders will come: at a set time or a little before, at the start of the part of the day you picked, or at the usual time of something you already do. By default, Ask how it went arrives in one evening check-in with anything you haven’t answered, so a full day never brings a pile of alerts, and a plan that didn’t happen never gets one of its own. Reminders say only that you have something planned, so nothing personal shows on your lock screen. You can change that in Settings.
Where your entries are kept
On your phone or tablet, or in your own iCloud or Google Drive if you turn on sync. There are no accounts, ads, or analytics. The app’s privacy policy has the details.
